WANTED: Development Director + Manager for river restoration non-profit (CA)

The Tuolumne River Trust in Modesto and Sonora, California—whose mission is to protect and restore the Tuolumne River—has two immediate openings:

Development Manager (or Development Associate) to support the planning and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising plan that will increase and diversify the Trust’s base of support. The Development Manager/Development Associate plays an important role in ensuring the success of our efforts by increasing our capacity to capitalize on funding opportunities through membership, major donors, grants, online presence, special events and planned giving. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director, Finance Director, program staff, and the Board of Directors to implement and reach our fundraising goals.

Development Director to oversee the planning and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising plan that will increase and diversify the Trust’s base of support to protect and restore the Tuolumne River. The Development Director will be central to the success of the Trust by increasing our capacity to capitalize on funding opportunities through membership, major donors, grants, online presence, special events, and planned giving. This individual will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Finance Director, program staff, and the Board of Directors to plan and implement our development plan and reach our fundraising goals

Salary: Competitive and depends on experience.
