She/he is responsible for creating strategies to support the growth and diversification of revenue sources in line with PACDC’s mission, vision and goals. The Director will also work to enhance PACDC’s image, and develop and implement strategies that effectively communicate PACDC’s efforts as well as the benefits of membership to key target audiences. Reporting to the Executive Director, this person also works closely with other staff, committees, the Board of Directors, and Advisory Board.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. PACDC offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, life and disability insurance, leave time, and a 401k retirement plan.
