A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Director of Development and Regeneration in the east region of East Thames. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development and Sales, you will lead, shape and manage the day to day activities to deliver development and regeneration projects from inception to final completion on the legacy programme of 9000 units and you will lead a team to secure an additional 15,000 units over the next 10 years. You will oversee all those delivering the strategic plan to deliver housing growth as well as sustainable and successful neighbourhoods for East Thames customers.
As the successful candidate, you will have a demonstrable track record of success in leading development and regeneration projects, including of major investment and economic growth programmes together with working with developers and business partners. You will have considerable skill in establishing and maintaining strong networks and productive partnerships with a range of stakeholders and elected members to deliver East Thames ambitious business plans. You will have extensive experience of securing joint ventures and an understanding of how that delivers long term objectives of a mixed tenure development programme. You will also possess strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to take people with you and know how best to deliver key outcomes through others.
