Working alongside the Executive Director, the Director of Programs & Operations will be responsible for supporting LURN’s team members, consultants, and community partners in making sure that the organization is surpassing its programmatic goals while maintaining a work environment that preserves LURN’s values and philosophy: curiosity, empathy, courage, perseverance, impact, and excellence.

LURN offers a competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.
