NeighborWorks® Alaska seeks a dynamic and skilled, visionary Executive Director to lead our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, thrive in adapting to new challenges and environments, be adept at building and maintaining partnerships across a variety of sectors and cultures, and be skilled at motivating a large (70 plus strong), highly dedicated, energetic, knowledgeable staff.
For 35 years, NeighborWorks® Alaska, a housing and community development nonprofit, has walked thousands of Alaskans from vulnerability to security. At NeighborWorks® Alaska we believe housing is the driving force for transformational change in our communities.
As a large organization with a multimillion dollar budget, NeighborWorks® Alaska’s major lines of business include home ownership education, lending, as well as owning and managing approximately 1,000 units of rental housing.
