Sound Salmon Solutions seeks an Executive Director for their Lake Stevens, Washington headquarters.
Sound Salmon Solutions is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation registered as a charitable organization with the Washington Secretary of State as the Stilly-Snohomish Fisheries Enhancement Task Force (SSFETF). We were founded in 1990 and our mission is to ensure the future of salmon populations in the Snohomish, Stillaguamish, and Island County watersheds.
SSS works to achieve this mission through restoring riparian habitat, educating the stewards of tomorrow about the economic, ecological and cultural significance of salmon, inspiring behavior change through targeted outreach efforts, and empowering communities to become stewards of their watersheds through educational and volunteer opportunities.
Start Date: September 15th (or when position filled)
Schedule: 32 hours/week. Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, with occasional weekend & evening work
Compensation: $48,000 – $60,000 depending on experience. Medical, sick time, vacation time, paid holidays, 403 (b) with employer match, flexible work schedule, and performance–based raises.
