AvalonBay Communities, Inc. seeks a Redevelopment Superintendent for its Boston, Massachusetts office.
The Redevelopment Superintendent assists in directing the field operations for multi-family renovation projects. Reporting to the Project Manager of Rehab Construction, you will provide leadership and make decisions that contribute substantially to the on time/ on budget completion of work. You will also be responsible for the scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring the quality of work meets AvalonBay’s standards.
