The Stevenage Borough Council (Hertfordshire, England) has an exciting opportunity for a Regeneration Manager to lead and develop our newly formed Regeneration Team.
The successful candidate will design and develop our Regeneration strategy and team to expertly deliver physical development within Stevenage at both an operational and strategic level.
To be successful in this role you will have a post graduate, professional qualification or equivalent work based experience in a subject related to regeneration, coupled with extensive experience within a physical regeneration role.
Additionally, you will have a proven track record of successful liaison, negotiation and communication with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver development programmes in the built environment.
