The Wolverhampton (UK) City Council has unveiled plans for the redevelopment of the city’s Westside, which will go on the market in October, 2015, and is seeking a private development partner.
Proposals were today outlined to delegates attending a conference arranged as part of Wolverhampton Business Week.
The ‘Developers Conference – Investing in the City’, staged at Molineux stadium, focused on some of the key partners helping deliver the regeneration of the city.
The council said Westside represented one of the most significant regeneration opportunities within the city centre and would deliver a major mixed-use development in close proximity to the core retail centre.
