VIDEO: Mayor of small city in Arizona wants to revitalize historic downtown. Business owners say plan will destroy heritage.

The mayor of the city of Douglas, Arizona (population 16,500) is seeking public comment on three streetscaping plans he hopes will revitalize the historic downtown area.

But many in the community are saying that all of the suggested approaches are too modernistic, and would destroy the heritage of the historic district.
