Hollywood hero Antonio Banderas has registered his interest in the large plot at the end of the city port’s pier number one in his home city of Malaga, Spain.
The Malaga Port Authority wants to launch a flagship project in that location, as it continues its program of regeneration for the zone.
The first round of talks has apparently gone well, with the Zorro star wishing to build a large theatre with two auditoriums containing 500 and 200 seats, respectively, a pit for musicians, and a patio with adjustable seating.
